ZH-2汽油改質催化劑
一、產品簡介
2000年以來，我國全面禁止生產和銷售70# 汽油，并推出了車用無鉛汽油國家新標準(GB179301999)。隨著環保要求的提高，我國于2005年7月1日起汽車排放實施歐II標準，因此要求汽油中硫含量小于500μg/g，烯烴含量小于355（V）。在缺乏調和組分的中小型煉油廠，如何提高直餾汽油辛烷值和降低汽油烯烴含量，是一個亟待解決的問題。直餾汽油異構化技術是近十幾年來發展起來的一種新的工藝技術，它提高汽油辛烷值不受原料芳烴潛含量的限制，并可在低壓、非臨氫、反應溫度300-410條件下操作，工藝簡單、裝置投資及操作費用低，是中小型煉油廠產出高辛烷值汽油和產品升級換代的一條新途徑。

三、產品用途
該催化劑主要用于直餾汽油非臨氫條件下的改質工藝，以提高汽油辛烷值。具有液體收率高、辛烷值提高幅度大、使用壽命長的特點。
四、包裝與貯運
用清潔、干燥、密封紙桶或鐵桶包裝，每桶凈重25kg。存放于干燥通風的倉庫內，避免曝曬、雨淋。運輸過程應避免劇烈碰撞，以防破損。

.Product Introduction
ZH-2 is one catalyst developed by our institute for improving gasoline quality without hydrogen. It adopts ZSM-5 zeolite with some active substances. It is mainly used for improving distilled gasoline in order to increase octane number. The catalyst has long life for using and results in high yield for liquid, large scope of increasing octane number.

.Packing and Transportation
packing in iron drum with 25kg net each, stored in dry, breezy warehouse to avoid insolation or drench .It should be prevented from being avoid damage by impacted during transportation.
